Key Responsibilities:• Deliver the Workplace Essential Skills program effectively • Facilitate both group and individual learning activities • Assess and adapt training methodologies for diverse learners • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager for program optimization • Engage students in problem-solving and creative thinking exercises

Requirements:• Degree or Diploma in relevant fields with teaching experience • Knowledge of WES methodology and competency-based learning • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Bilingual proficiency preferred in English and French • Strong abilities in needs analysis and decision-making
