Cleaner - Fredericton, NB

Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. At this time, we are looking for a self‑motivated, hardworking Cleaner to join us at Parkside Drive&Greenfields Court in Fredericton, NB. This role is full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility. If you enjoy interacting with others, are passionate about providing a clean and safe environment for residents, and take pride in a job well done, this may be the role for you!What you will do:

Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste Wash windows and interior walls Pick up garbage Empty trash cans and other waste containers Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs Maintain cleanliness of common areas Clean vacant units Report deficiencies to Property Manager for repairOther duties as required Who you are:

Previous experience in a similar role and/or customer service role is considered an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently Solid communication skills What we offer:
