Kent, London, South East, Sussex A specialist Civil Engineering / piling Contractor is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to manage a variety of piling and foundation schemes in London varying in value up to£20m. Working as part of the management team, reporting to the Regional Director and managing site teams consisting of Agents, Sub Agent, Engineers, Foreman and Sub Contractors.Qualifications

Must have extensive experience of operating at PM level on Piling civil engineering schemes Previous experience of civil, earthworks, Piling, Highways/Roads and Design and Build Projects Degree qualified and have the ability to manage a project team Responsibilities

To profitably complete projects in accordance with the clients specifications and to ensure client satisfaction Plan resources and ensure any shortfalls / over re-sourcing issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner Coordinate and manage any interface with other parts of the divisionEnsure all personnel within your control including subcontractors work in accordance with the company policies, are trained, competent and aware and in particular work safely Jointly prepare project Cost Value Reports&Contract Status Reports with commercial staff Liaison with estimating to provide value engineering expertise, lessons learnt etc to allow the division to submit quality, competitive tenders to our clients To deliver project schemes profitably and to time to enhance BBRCE’s reputation and look to further businessTo assist in recognising new client targets and developing an approach to target with Commercial Manager
