Customer Service Ticket Agent Role, Yellowknife

Join our team as an Airline Ticket Agent, providing excellent customer service while facilitating passenger needs through various tasks in a busy airport environment.

This role requires a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than a year of relevant experience. You'll be responsible for assigning seats, checking baggage for size and weight, preparing boarding passes, and assisting passengers at boarding gates. Additionally, you'll trace missing baggage, calculate load weights, and manage ticket issuance, all while working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:• Assign seats using computer reservation systems • Check passenger baggage for travel standards • Prepare boarding passes and issue tickets • Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments • Provide assistance to pre-boarding passengers

Requirements:• Secondary school graduation certificate • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience • Airport security clearance requirements • Valid driver's license check • Ability to handle baggage up to 23 kg
