Our Wealth Management team is looking for a Reporting Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Assist the Financial Planning team with administrative needs. Coordinate the financial planning process and gather required information. Coordinate the consolidated reporting process and gather required information.Process client data and complete data entry in consolidated reports. Ensure consolidated reports are prepared and scheduled. Ensure client data integrity and system updates. Perform other Financial Planning tasks such as meeting preparation, RRSP, RESP and TFSA account tracking, research assignments, prepare report packages, and other duties as assigned.Assist with ad‑hoc duties and projects as required. 2+ years of experience in the wealth or financial planning industry (banking, insurance, investment related workplace). Degree or diploma in a relevant field. Complete or working toward a CFP designation is considered an asset. Inquisitive, curious attitude with continuous questioning and improvement mindset.Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail. Solid administration and organization skills. Benefits
