Seasonal Sales Associate

As a Seasonal Sales Associate you are the face of the brand—bringing energy, authenticity, and a customer‑first mindset to every interaction. You will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. As part of a collaborative team you’ll contribute to the store’s success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilizing available resources and tools.Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; experience and demonstrated achievements are valued. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, move, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.Benefits
