Responsibilities

Trained Barber or Stylist demonstrating consistent high-quality technical skill in cutting, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type

Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education with guests

Great customer service skills

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities

Work collaboratively as part of the shop leadership team

Participate in barber recruitment, retention, training and management

Retail and sales education with all team members

Weekly and monthly reporting requirements (Sales, KPIs, Payroll, etc.)

Execute national promotions and campaigns

Any other duties outlined by the business owner and/or regional manager
