Senior Electrical and I/C Engineer (Pickering)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Electrical and I/C Engineer for our Pickering/Mississauga, Ontario offices. This is an existing vacancy for which we are actively recruiting. Responsibilities

Preparation and review/verification of modification engineering packages for nuclear projects. Make effective use of team resources to meet quality and schedule deliverables. Resolve day‑to‑day technical and field issues on assigned projects. Interface with Project Leaders and DM for resource sharing, allocation, mobilization/demobilization, and project prioritization.Interface with PMs on project progress. Project schedule management (engineering only). Preparation and/or verification of procurement activities and deliverables. Prepare purchase requisitions, review technical content of supplier bids and technical submissions. Perform any required inspections for procurement of materials.Attend weekly meetings with DM to discuss project status. Qualifications

University degree in Electrical Engineering. Registered Qualified Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng) or eligible to register with the PEO. 10+ years of experience considered an asset. In‑depth exposure and knowledge of Nuclear Procedures&Guides considered an asset. Cleared or eligible for security clearance. Capable of preparing and reviewing/verifying modification engineering packages for multiple projects. Ready to take on engineering project leadership roles. Experience with consulting engineering companies in the Canadian nuclear industry is a plus.Experience reviewing/verifying all aspects of modification engineering packages for projects. Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compensation

$135,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits and Requirements
