Key responsibilities include daily order entry, onboarding new customers, and swiftly resolving issues for wholesale and drop-ship accounts in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:• Process daily orders from wholesale platforms into the ERP system • Maintain vendor portals ensuring timely order closure • Conduct regular audits for product accuracy and enhancements • Foster relationships with accounts while addressing queries • Collaborate with internal teams across departments for efficient service

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in a related field • 2+ years of e-commerce experience in wholesale/retail • Advanced MS Office and Excel skills • Knowledge of EDI and ERP systems, Sage experience a plus • Familiarity with order management and e-commerce platforms
