Polar Developments Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel suites and hospitality properties in Yellowknife, NT. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service standards, supervising staff, managing reservations and occupancy, and maintaining operational efficiency.Duties and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hotel and suite operations Supervise front desk and housekeeping Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Prepare management report and occupancy forecasts Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standardsAssist with marketing, sales, and client relations Coordinate maintenance and property inspections Minimum Qualifications / Education

Completion of a college diploma or university degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field Several years of experience in hotel operations, front desk supervision, or hospitality management Skills Requirements

Robust leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilitiesExperience with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced workplace Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and proceduresLocation
