Key Responsibilities:• Accurate processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls • Preparation of year-end payroll reports and reconciliations • Handling of payroll inquiries professionally • Engaging in process improvements for payroll operations • Supporting team members through coaching and mentorship

Requirements:• 5+ years of payroll administration experience • Experience with payroll software like UKG • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office • Knowledge of federal and provincial tax regulations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
