Associate Lawyer - Barrister, Lethbridge

We are seeking a lawyer with 1‑3 years of litigation experience to join a fast‑paced criminal defence practice serving clients across Southern Alberta, including Calgary, Red Deer, and Edmonton. This is a dynamic environment focused on delivering prompt and effective legal services, with a strong emphasis on client commitment and high‑quality representation.

Key Requirements

Law degree and licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta

1‑3 years of litigation experience (criminal law experience preferred but not required)

Completion of articles and called to the bar

Ability to practice immediately

Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle

Be driven, ambitious, and eager to learn

Work effectively within a team environment

Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills

Maintain high professional and ethical standards in line with Law Society requirements

Be committed to practicing exclusively in criminal defence
