Key Responsibilities:• Greet service customers warmly at the reception • Respond promptly to service phone calls • Complete outgoing customer phone calls confidently • Maintain professionalism in all communications • Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence
Requirements:• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills • Reliable and committed team player • Previous dealership experience is an asset • Proficient in computer usage and software • Willing to work Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays
