In this role, you will be integral to managing training logistics for CREB’s education initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Member Training, you'll coordinate scheduling, registration, and delivery for both virtual and in-person courses. Your strong organizational skills will ensure a high-quality learning experience while working closely with instructors, members,and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate course scheduling and delivery logistics • Assist members, instructors, and vendors during training • Maintain training records and enrollment tracking • Manage course materials and communications effectively • Implement improvements for enhanced learning experiences
Requirements:• Diploma in Business Administration or related field • 2+ years in administrative or training coordination roles • Strong time management and organizational skills • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Certification in eLearning or instructional design is an asset
