Description
Callow&Associates () is a Microsoft Dynamics consultancy located in Calgary, Alberta. We partner with our clients to enhance their business operations through enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions and business intelligence tools. We are seeking a Business Central Project Coordinator to support and manage the coordination of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects. This role ensures smooth project execution, supports communication between internal teams and clients, and contributes to the improvement of our project delivery processes.Your Responsibilities Will Include: Coordinating all aspects of Business Central implementation projects, ensuring tasks, timelines, and communications stay organized. Scheduling, organizing, and leading internal and client project status meetings and facilitating planning sessions. Recording meetings, maintaining organized documentation, and capturing detailed notes, action items, and task assignments.Ensuring project tasks remain on track by monitoring progress and managing follow‑ups as required Maintaining and updating the project plan, Gantt chart, and task board throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinating the ordering of licenses as required. Improving and refining project planning processes, templates, and documentation for ongoing efficiency and process optimization.Coordinating and managing Business Central’s semi-annual (April/October) upgrade cycles, including stakeholder communication, upgrade timing, and consultant and client testing. Required Professional Experience&Qualifications: Previous experience in project coordination or project management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to build strong relationships and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.Experience in or Understanding of the Following Areas Is Considered an Asset: Accounting or financial processes. ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Project planning tools, Planner, or Microsoft Projects. Other Key Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-motivated mindset. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Benefits We Offer: A collaborative work environment with opportunities to grow within the company.
