Key Responsibilities:• Provide efficient transactional service, including deposits and withdrawals • Recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities • Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly • Follow operational policies and ensure accuracy • Complete daily cash balancing and audits
Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in cash handling preferred • Excellent communication skills • MS Office knowledge is a plus • Dependable internet access for remote work
