You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations, handling memberships, and providing clear communication with clients. This position offers the flexibility of weekday, weekend, and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify opportunities to improve the YMCA experience • Accurately complete all membership and payment transactions • Communicate effectively with members in person and over the phone • Aid in training new staff and maintain a clean work area • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
