Join YMCA Calgary as a Part Time Customer Service Representative and help enhance community connections. Your role entails delivering outstanding service, managing transactions, and supporting member needs at our South locations.
YMCA Calgary is seeking passionate individuals as part time Customer Service Representatives at locations including Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton and Remington YMCA. You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations, handling memberships, and providing clear communication with clients. This position offers the flexibility of weekday, weekend, and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:• Identify opportunities to improve the YMCA experience • Accurately complete all membership and payment transactions • Communicate effectively with members in person and over the phone • Aid in training new staff and maintain a clean work area • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Requirements:• Exceptional customer service skills • Strong computer proficiency • Effective time management abilities • Cash handling experience is preferred • Clear Police Information Check required
