Electrician for Maintenance Operations, Saint Thomas

This Electrician role is integral to our maintenance team at North Star Windows&Doors. You will work closely with Millwrights and fellow Electricians to ensure smooth operations by maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Your expertise will help us achieve optimal efficiency while adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and install machinery in accordance with operations • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns for quick resolution • Conduct preventative maintenance on plant equipment • Read blueprints to determine proper installation procedures

Requirements:• Licensed 309A or 442A Electrician or Level 2 apprentice • Strong communication skills in various formats • Knowledge of CMMS work order systems • Flexibility for 24/7 operations when needed • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
