Key Responsibilities:• Assist customers through phone and email support • Manage product orders and customer EDI requirements • Process warranties and issue customer credits • Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment • Maintain accurate customer profiles and order reports

Requirements:• 2-3 years experience in customer service roles • Strong communication and customer orientation skills • Familiarity with Oracle, MS Excel, and similar software • Adaptability in a fast-paced collaborative environment • Must be authorized to work in Canada
