Posting Closes: May 25th, 2026, 4:00 p.m. Employment Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Location: Hybrid– Our regional corporate offices are located in Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer. Candidates must have flexibility for a combination of work from office and home each week. Role Overview
The Performance Management Consultant is a strategic partner responsible for designing, running, and continuously improving Servus’ enterprise performance management system so it drives real business performance, clear expectations, and equitable, differentiated outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, running, and continuously improving the enterprise performance management cycle, including goal setting, check‑ins, and calibration. Driving goal quality and alignment by maintaining goal‑setting standards, templates, and rubrics. Enabling effective leader routines by setting clear expectations for check‑ins, coaching, and management of underperformance.Running calibration of the processes with rigor and credibility to roles, timing, decision criteria, and documentation. Using data, technology, and AI deliberately to define and track key performance management measures and report trends to business leaders. Govern and evolve the system to establish clear governance, annual cadence, and decision rights for performance management.What You Bring– Experience
Progressive experience (typically 5+ years) in performance management, HR consulting, or organizational development roles. Deep expertise in performance management design, calibration, and enterprise standards. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical people systems.Experience with UKG would be considered an asset; other HR platform experience is also desirable (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, SuccessFactors). Proven experience influencing leaders without direct authority. High comfort with data, analytics, and evidence‑based decision making. Experience simplifying, automating, and improving people processes.Education and Certifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPMP, APTD, CPTD) are considered assets. Change management (Prosci) is considered an asset. Project Management Professional (PMP) considered an asset. ATD Master Performance Consultant Program considered an asset. Other Role Requirements
Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels. Strategic thinking and systems thinking to align performance with business goals. Knowledge of performance frameworks, competency models, engagement strategies, and continuous feedback practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments in‑person and in virtual settings.
