Do you enjoy solving problems and helping customers&clients find the perfect solutions? We’re looking for an outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team! In this role you’ll support their clients by providing product knowledge and identify solutions to help them run their operations smoothly.

Compensation&Hours
The rate of pay will be $19 - $21/hr. based on experience
Monday– Friday, daytime hrs.
Position Summary
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, offering expert advice and timely assistance
Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and providing proactive support.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that support their project needs
Process orders, track shipments, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products
Collaborate with the internal team to resolve any issues and maintain customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role
Strong communication skills and experience managing technical or complex customer enquiries
An eye for identifying sales opportunities and recommending solutions that fit customer needsA proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on client satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
Previous experience in restaurants, retail or other customer service positions
