Customer Service Representative We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full order process while providing excellent customer support and working closely with the Sales and Operations teams. This is an in office position, working Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Process customer quotes, sales orders, returns, and order changes accurately
Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Follow up on back orders, shipments, and delivery updates to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate shipments, pick-ups, and returns with freight carriers
Support sales efforts by recommending alternate or additional products based on customer needs
Maintain accurate customer records and files
Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner
Communicate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time
Monitor customer feedback and help identify opportunities to improve service
Qualifications:
1–2 years in a sales or customer service environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
