Your expertise in services and memberships will help create a welcoming environment that meets members’ fitness needs and supports their goals.

Key Responsibilities:• Greet members warmly as they enter the club • Handle inquiries and check-ins efficiently • Assist with equipment and gym services knowledgeably • Provide personalized Fit-Fix sessions to new members • Maintain club cleanliness to ensure a safe atmosphere

Requirements:• Current CPR-A&AED certification needed• Knowledge of fitness and community engagement skills • Strong customer focus and communication abilities • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred • Smart Tan certification must be obtained within 3 months
