Key Responsibilities:• Field incoming inquiries according to service guidelines • Escalate calls appropriately and assist with resolutions • Perform necessary research and fulfill requests • Proactively identify areas for service improvement • Uphold compliance with company and regulatory policies
Requirements:• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Required High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years experience in a call center setting • Strong computer skills and familiarity with system navigation • Demonstrated self-motivation and action-oriented mindset
