Summer Customer Service Role at LCBO, Brantford

Join the LCBO team as a Summer Customer Service Representative in Ontario, dedicated to enhancing customer experiences on-site. We are looking for passionate individuals from May 4 to September 7, 2026, who can engage effectively with customers.

In this on-site role reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide exceptional service using the cash register system, contribute to local charities through our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign, and participate in experiential surveys. Keeping the store organized and safe while handling various products will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:• Serve customers promptly and courteously during transactions • Ask for donations for partner charities • Participate in customer experience surveys • Receive and replenish products on store shelves • Maintain a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:• Legally allowed to work in Canada • Must be at least 18 years old • Comfortable working with customers and teammates • Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus • Committed to completing a Criminal Background Check
