Enhance community engagement as a Customer Service Representative at the New Brighton Residents Association. This part time opportunity includes evening and weekend shifts focused on customer service excellence.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Leader, you will be an integral part of office operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents, enforcing rules, answering customer questions, and supporting event logistics. Your role is vital in promoting programs and encouraging active participation in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver professional customer interactions at all times • Verify membership for facility access during shifts • Support residents with appropriate paperwork • Assist in enforcing New Brighton Resident Association regulations • Organize and help with special events and rentals

Requirements:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good general computer skills and detail-oriented • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Public safety qualifications like CPR&First Aid are an asset• Background check must be satisfactorily completed
