Step into a key management role with Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown as an Assistant Front Office Manager. This full-time position is centered on operational leadership and guest services.
As an entry-level manager, you will support Rooms Operations while supervising essential services including Guest Services and Housekeeping. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff schedules, and contributing to the hotel’s financial objectives. You'll play a vital role in addressing guest feedback and leading employee training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:• Open and manage shifts at the Front Desk • Oversee various operational areas as needed • Review critical reports for effective room management • Participate in maximizing room revenue strategies • Handle guest complaints to enhance service levels
Requirements:• High school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience • OR Associate's degree with 2 years in hospitality areas • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail • Knowledge of guest service best practices • Ability to empower and train staff effectively
