Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and log customer orders in SAP/JDE and SFDC • Verify shipping details and pricing on orders • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism • Send open order reports to sales representatives weekly • Manage the Return Material process effectively

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years in customer service • Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills • Good computer and basic math skills • Experience resolving conflicts effectively • Ability to understand customer needs and mediate disputes
