In this role, you’ll assist the Store Manager in creating a unique coffee culture while enhancing guest interactions. Your background in hospitality and food service combined with your passion for coffee will allow you to thrive. You will oversee quality standards and contribute to operational excellence while keeping the café environment welcoming and clean.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction daily • Build a network within the coffee community • Maintain product quality and standards • Follow safety and cash handling procedures • Train new staff as needed

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year experience in Food Retail Management • Must have 1 year as a Barista • Ability to manage cash transactions • Must stand for extended periods • Part-time availability required, ideally mornings and weekends
