Senior Contracts Administrator
to join our team.
About the role
Support the management of the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their review, negotiation, and finalization.
Provide assistance in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client directives and the achievement of project objectives.
Coordinate and expedite project procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests.
Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable and aligned with project goals.
Administer contracts promptly and efficiently on behalf of our client.
Track and manage project package expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
About you
Demonstrated contracts administration experience in an EPCM environment.
Experience with working with the client’s business procedures and documentation processes.
Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing a solid understanding of contract processes.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
