Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and handyman duties throughout the hotel

Respond to guest service calls in hotel rooms (e.g., minor repairs, troubleshooting)

Maintain and repair building systems and equipment as required

Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections

Ensure guest rooms and common areas are safe, functional, and well‑maintained

Interact professionally with guests when responding to service requests

Support overall property upkeep and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or general handyman work

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional manner

Experience in hospitality or multi‑unit buildings is an asset

Willingness to relocate to Yellowknife, NT
