Job Description
Collaborate with customer-facing commercial units and internal teams to achieve business objectives
Create and manage customer orders, including delivery date review and product availability checks
Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer-to-dealer transfers
Manage product returns, including seasonal items and empty containers
Respond to customer and team requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
Handle order entry, adjustments, scheduling, product availability, and delivery issues
Investigate, resolve, document, and communicate customer complaints and errorsParticipate in process improvement projects

Knowledge or experience in SAP (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel (preferred)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Education/Training/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Or equivalent operational experience in Order Management or Logistics
Additional Requirements
Must pass a background check
Start Time: 08:00 AM
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Pay Rate/Salary
Estimated Salary: $16.68 to $24.68 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
