Provide leadership during evening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth service and strong guest experiences. Assist with bar operations and execution of beverage service.Collaborate with the management team to drive sales through beverage promotions and seasonal features. Coach and mentor bartenders and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Build rapport with guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit—from cocktails and cold beers to exceptional hospitality.What You Bring 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting. Previous leadership experience in a bar or restaurant environment is an asset. Strong decision-making skills to lead the team during service.
