We pride ourselves on our inclusive family culture and our ability to be creative.Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Administrator plays a key role in our organization by ensuring customers are invoiced and billed in an efficient and professional manner. The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for receiving and inputting all trip related documents (including POD’s, ACI’s, Customs paperwork, and 3rd party Carrier documents) into computerized accounting program, as well responding to customer inquiries regarding billing.Key Responsibilities include: Preparing and scanning documents, ensuring they are sent to customers with the corresponding invoices in a timely manner Indexing and storing the imaged documents Updating index values of imaged documents Asses the internal invoice report, following up with and completing orders that failed to be billed due to missing or incomplete documentMailing or uploading invoices as per customer requiremen Responding to customer emails, ensuring queries are delt with accurately and efficiently Retrieving and uploading documents from storage as requested Billing invoices to customers in a professional manner Collecting documentation and payments from customers ensuring client and company confidentialityPrinting daily invoice batch and distributing to departments as needed Assist the Finance department in other tasks as required The Successful Candidate Will Have: Minimum of grade 12 with post-secondary education an asset. 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role is preferred. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.Self-starterwith the ability to manage and prioritize the daily responsibilities using multi-tasking skills. Excellentcomputer knowledge&experience specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with TMW&WorkOptima software is considered an asset. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Arnold Bros.
