In this senior leadership role, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial part in driving the hotel’s strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include managing key departments, promoting teamwork, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with the hotel’s esteemed reputation. Key Responsibilities:• Support strategic direction and stand in for the General Manager • Oversee successful operations in Rooms, Food&Beverage, and Engineering• Inspire a culture of engagement and accountability • Manage budgeting, financial performance, and operational results • Elevate guest experiences at every touchpoint
Requirements:• 8+ years in hotel operations, with 3+ years in senior roles • Proven budget management and operational results experience • Post-secondary education in hospitality or business • Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office • Strong communication skills for effective team leadership
