This position offers you the opportunity to drive product design while enhancing engineering practices. You will prepare comprehensive CAD technical packages, engage in design reviews, and collaborate with production teams to resolve challenges efficiently. Independence in managing projects is a key element of this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop CAD packages featuring 3D models and detailed drafts • Conduct design reviews and DFX evaluations effectively • Suggest and document design modifications for better processes • Provide engineering assistance to tackle production issues • Support marketing with detailed modeling and drafting services

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum of 4 years of product development experience • Skilled in Autodesk Suite or equivalent CAD tools • Strong attention to detail and organization • Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams
