You will foster a welcoming environment, enhancing residents' quality of life through engagement and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations of the community • Coordinate dining, maintenance, and resident services • Lead marketing efforts for occupancy growth • Manage resident onboarding and engagement activities • Ensure safety protocols and service standards
Requirements:• 3–5 years in retirement living or related sectors • Strong sales and marketing experience preferred • Post-secondary education in relevant fields required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven leadership and team management abilities
