Provide exceptional hospitality as a Front Desk Greeter with Compass Group Canada. Manage resident reception, coordinate services, and ensure accurate data management in a welcoming environment.
We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Greeter to join our team. With at least two years of customer service experience in hospitality, you will engage with camp residents, ensuring their needs are met. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance and maintain up-to-date resident information, check-in/check-out processes, and work order tracking.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver hospitality reception services to camp residents • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments • Maintain current data on resident requests and room availability • Complete daily and period reporting for management • Execute additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:• Minimum two years in customer service and reception • Exceptional customer service attitude • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Strong communication and time-management skills • Pass a Drug&Alcohol Test
