Front Desk Associate in Hospitality, Northeastern Alberta (Fort Chipewyan)

Lead the front desk operations as a Front Desk Housing Associate at Compass Group Canada. Your role focuses on hospitality reception and effective service coordination.

We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Housing Associate to manage initial client inquiries and maintain exceptional service standards. This role requires a strong background in customer service, with at least two years in a demanding environment. You will liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations while supporting resident needs through data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver hospitality reception services for camp residents • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for room care • Keep resident data current in management systems • Produce daily reporting for management insights • Execute additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:• Hospitality diploma is an advantage • Minimum 2 years of reception or customer service experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Remote camp experience is beneficial
