Key Responsibilities:• Identify strategic development opportunities in affordable housing • Prepare capital and operating budgets for projects • Develop comprehensive project plans and resource allocations • Engage external consultants to support project delivery • Facilitate public consultations and stakeholder meetings

Requirements:• University Degree in relevant field such as Urban Planning • Extensive project management experience with multidisciplinary teams • Familiarity with community engagement strategies • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Valid Class “G” driver’s license required
