ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Winnipeg)

Overview

The Business Process Consultant works with clients to design, optimize, and implement business processes leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

Work with clients to provide leadership on best practices in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, Asset Management, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC Understand and utilize ServiceNow methodologies, collateral and accelerators Gather, understand and document requirements from clientsConduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and current processes Assist with the vision, design, build and implementation of ServiceNow solutions Develop and execute test scripts for ServiceNow implementations Prepare for and facilitate workshop sessions including demonstrations of ServiceNow platform capabilitiesCreate requirements stories, process documentation and training guides Collaborate with Project Manager, Solution Architects and ServiceNow Technical Consultants on project team sessions Provide support for existing ServiceNow solutions and recommend opportunities for enhancements Basic Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a business‑related field 4 or more years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Previous experience in ServiceNow upgrades Previous experience with one or more ServiceNow modules Superior facilitation and presentation techniques, robust teamwork skillsAbility to professionally represent Accenture with clients English proficiency required for collaboration with multi‑national teams Nice to Have

ServiceNow Certified System Administration designation Certifications in one or more ServiceNow modules Reliability clearance eligibility Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The base pay range for this role in British Columbia/Ontario is $82,600 to $132,600.
