As a Thermal Production Engineer, you will report to the Production Engineering Lead and collaborate with field operations to boost production and efficiency for the Lindbergh SAGD asset. This role involves planning and executing capital projects, troubleshooting well performance, and working with multidisciplinary teams for effective decision-making in production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:• Optimize SAGD production and injection performance • Troubleshoot well performance with operations staff • Coordinate production optimization decisions with teams • Develop ESP designs and workover programs • Manage pump performance tracking and reliability

Requirements:• Engineering degree with 3-5 years of SAGD experience • Field experience in thermal operations is preferred • Strong analytical skills with tools like PI systems • Knowledge of heavy oil treating and steam generation • APEGA member or eligible for registration
