Join a new department as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Randstad Canada, working entirely remotely. Utilize your bilingual communication skills to assist customers across Canada every day!
In this full-time role, you'll handle a variety of customer inquiries in both English and French, managing 50-60 inbound calls daily. Your expertise in navigating internal channels and CRM systems will help you effectively assist with loyalty programs and other customer needs. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of a rotational shift schedule planned in advance.
Key Responsibilities:• Process new and replacement redemption orders promptly • Route customer inquiries for efficient resolution • Assist with loyalty points, fraud issues, and navigation • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions • Handle approximately 50% French and 50% English calls
Requirements:• Strong bilingual skills in French and English • Experience in a high-volume call center • Proficiency with MS Teams, Outlook, and CRM software • Solution-oriented approach • Reliable computer and Ethernet internet connection
