As the President of the Consulting Division, you will lead the operational and financial performances across diverse geographies, including the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Your responsibilities encompass full P&L management, EBITDA enhancement, margin governance, and scalable operational practices within a complex consulting framework. You will report directly to the COO, ensuring rigorous accountability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Own P&L accountability and drive consistent growth• Lead integration of acquisitions into the consulting platform • Establish global project frameworks and financial controls • Partner with corporate functions to align segment objectives • Strengthen client relationships for organic market growth

Requirements:• 20+ years in executive leadership, preferably in consulting • Proven success managing $500M+ businesses • Extensive acquisition integration experience • Strong fluency in project-based business economics • High integrity with a commitment to safety
