Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing insurance assignments, and maintaining accurate communication records. Key Responsibilities:• Execute WOW plan consistently for excellent service • Provide customer support via phone, in person, and email • Schedule vehicle repair appointments using management system • Process insurance assignments in a timely manner • Document communication with clients during repairs

Requirements:• High School Diploma required • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, preferably automotive • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor necessary • Valid driver’s license required
