The Woodworking Production Associate will assist with the manufacturing, assembly, sanding, finishing, and packaging of woodworking products in a quick-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely Sand, assemble, and finish wood products Read and follow work instructions and production drawings Perform quality checks on finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirementsAssist with packaging and shipping preparation Support general shop duties as required Qualifications

Previous woodworking, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred Experience with saws, sanders, routers, or CNC equipment is an asset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality Good attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and punctual attendance What We Offer
