Production Associate - Packing Line Operator, Winnipeg

Join our team as a Production Associate responsible for operating packing line equipment in a full-time, in-person role. Deliver high-quality packaging while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

In this permanent position, you will engage in daily tasks that include monitoring packaging quality and performing necessary changeovers with teammates. Organizing materials and maintaining accurate production records are crucial for ensuring smooth operations. You will also conduct daily cleaning to uphold a safe work environment.

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent education • 1 year of experience in a production setting • Forklift certification preferred • Knowledge of HACCP standards is a plus • Ability to lift moderately heavy objects repeatedly
