What We Offer
Salary: $17.50-$20.30 per hour
Job Type/Shift: Full-time (Permanent and Temporary options)
What You'll Do
Respond to all incoming emails, chats, and calls withing service targets.
Troubleshoot common issues with products or services.
Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.
Work on multiple inquiries simultaneously to be effective.
Ability to assess the tone and approach each call with empathy and compassion and ensure the customer is getting the support they need.
Accurately gather and update client information into the system.
What We're Looking For
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner.
Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must have the ability to type 30+ WPM
Experience in Tech/Financial/ Call Centre preferred.
Ability to multi-task and problem solve proficiently.
Proven experience managing customers in a compassionate and calm manner.
