Production Associate (Evening Shift) (Winnipeg)

Key Responsibilities

Operate packing line equipment. Obtain and organize materials for the line. Monitor quality of packaging and finished products. Perform changeovers/setups with the team. Maintain accurate production records. Conduct daily cleaning and maintain a safe work environment. Perform duties to satisfy GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements.Engage in other tasks when the line is not running (prepping for orders, honey dumping, product labelling, making display cases, etc.). Other duties as assigned. Preferred Education and Experience

Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year’s experience in a production environment. Additional Knowledge and Skills

Forklift certification (preferred). Knowledge of HACCP (preferred). Able to solve problems independently and as per standard procedures. Adapt to new and changing variables of requirements based on verbal and written instructions. Ability to work flexible work hours to accommodate special production needs.To be successful you will have a true sense of ownership and pride in your work. Ability to walk/stand for 6-8 hours per day. Able to perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting. Benefits
