As a full-time Member Services Representative at ACU, you will play a crucial role in fostering member satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires engaging with members, understanding their unique financial needs, and providing tailored guidance. With two to three years of customer service experience, you will support both daily banking transactions and digital solutions seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver exceptional service to members in a professional manner • Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover financial goals • Promote and assist with digital banking services • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions • Support lobby management to create a welcomingenvironment
Requirements:• High school diploma and 2-3 years relevant experience • Proficient in French, both written and verbal • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience in cash handling and balancing cash flows • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
